The MERRICK-KEMPER headquarters is located on the fringe of downtown Louisville. Our four buildings rest on seven acres, including a thirty-four thousand square foot facility which utilizes twenty-two thousand square feet for production, and twelve thousand square feet for mobilization and the storage of materials.

          Our facility is well equipped with all of the necessary equipment needed to manufacture and/or supply all forms of Architectural and Industrial Sheet Metal, Metal Roofing, and Metal Siding & Soffit. We have ample storage space for large quantities of Tile Roofing, Slate Roofing, and various other related materials. Our company can generally mobilize a highly trained and skilled workforce in a relatively short amount of time for the variety of construction and industrial products that we service.

          Our center of operation is outfitted with state of the art automated metal brakes, shears, pan formers, gutter & downspout formers, and a top of the line plasma cutter. We are also equipped for light steel fabrication, dealing in all metals, and all modern methods of welding. In addition to automated devices, we also have a sizeable collection of traditional hand brakes and mechanisms which we still use today in the conventional tried and true methods of Sheet Metal production that have stood for over a century.
